Our beautiful house is located on Aruba in the Paradera district.
The house is located centrally on the island and a 15-minute drive from the airport.
From the house you are by car in 15 minutes at the most beautiful beaches in Aruba.
The centre of Oranjestad, with its many shops and nice harbour is also a 10 minute drive from the house.
Within walking distance of the house is also the Jaburibari sports park, founded by Johan Cruyff.
Here children can ride BMX, skateboard, waveboard, skate, play football and basketball.
The house is detached, located in a quiet new neighborhood.
Living surface is 75 m2 , the total ground area is 305 m2.
The house has 3 bedrooms of +/- 11 m2, each equipped with 1 double bed of 180 x 200 cm.
Baby/Toddler camping bed present does bring your own bedding.
In each bedroom there is also a dressing table, 2 bedside tables and a 3-door hanging/leg wardrobe.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and a ceiling fan.
The house has 2 identical bathrooms with toilet and shower. Showers with hot water
The kitchen is equipped with a spacious fridge with freezer, oven and gas stove.
A TV can be found in the living room and in one bedroom.
Gas BBQ present.
Kettle, Toaster and Rice Cooker present.
Living room and kitchen are also equipped with ceiling fans..
Towels, bed linen, beach sheets, beach chairs and a washing machine are provided.
WIFI available
Outside you will find a lovely patio where you can sit in the shade.
The swimming pool (7 x 3 meters) can be found behind the house. At its deepest point, the pool is 1.7 meters. Be careful with small children!! The pool does not have a separate fence.
The property is completely fenced for your privacy.
We recommend that you rent a car during your stay in Aruba.
Public transport is present, but does not get everywhere on the island.
