Our beautiful property is located in the district of Paradera, Aruba
The house is centrally located on the island and a 15 minute drive from the airport.
The most beautiful beaches are only 15 minutes away by car.
The center of Oranjestad, with its many shops and beautiful harbor is only a 15 minute drive from the house.
Within walking distance of the house is also the Jaburibari sportspark, founded by no one less than Johan Cruyff himself.
Children can here ride BMX, skateboarding, wave boarding, skating, football and basketball.
The house is situated in a quiet new neighbourhood.
Living area is 75 m2, the total land area is 305 m2
The house has 3 bedrooms + / - 11 m2, each with 1 King-Size bed 180 x 200 cm.
Baby camping bed available, please bring your own babysheets.
In each bedroom there is also a dressing table, 2 bedside tables and a split wardrobe.
All bedrooms are provided with airconditioning and ceiling fans.
The house has 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, oven and stove.
TV is located in the livingroom and in 1 bedroom.

In the living room and kitchen are also ceiling fans.
Towels ,bed linen , beach towels, beachchairs and a washing machine are provided.

Outside you will find a lovely patio where you can sit in the shade and enjoy drinks
Th swimming pool (7 x 3 m), can be found behind the house. At its deepest point, the pool is 1.7 meters. Please be aware in regards to small children, that the pool has no separate fence.
The property is completely fenced for your privacy.

We advise you to rent a car during your stay in Aruba.
Public transport is also available, but not everywhere on the island.
In this case it is advisable to use taxi services.
